Job Role: Senior Product Marketing Manager
Work Location: Pune / Gurgaon / Remote working
Years of Experience required: 8 - 12 years
We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager. You will work side-by-side with product management, marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams to create product marketing strategies and content to ensure successful launches and accelerated adoption of our product. You will serve as the glue between the Product/Design and Marketing functions, helping us create content that excites, educates and places the customer at the forefront. In addition, you will drive key customer stories that help position SirionLabs products in markets across the globe. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing SaaS products or enterprise technology across multiple customer verticals.
Responsibilities :
Design, execute, and manage the following aspects:
- Build global marketing plans and craft strategies for all marketing teams, including digital, advertising, communications, and creative that integrate upper funnel / lower funnel / customer marketing / loyalty marketing
- Be a corporate storyteller, presenting the Sirion brand identity and values to the market, bringing our brand, organization, and company to life
- Product and release launches Plan product and release launches through datasheets, public-facing release notes, articles, videos, website, analyst relations
- Develop thought leadership Develop cadence for blogs, white papers, webinars, use cases / customer / vertical case studies, videos
- Manage go-to-market & demand generation - Understand the nuances of each market and develop market specific content & digital marketing plan to build awareness, interest, and consideration. Work closely with demand generation teams & provide marketing support at every step
- Competitor Analysis Serve as the company s central repository and market intelligence machine through analyses reports, company profiles, industry landscapes, white papers, and feature differentiator grids
- Analyst Interactions - Leading AR program with focus on arranging analyst briefings, inquiries, 1:1 meetings and strategy sessions to keep the analyst fraternity informed about Sirion offerings
- Manage customer review portals like Gartner Peer Insights, G2 and others
- Analyst Reports - Developing and monitoring analyst research calendar for coverage potential. Program managing RFI responses to analyst firms by collaborating with stakeholders across sales, delivery, and product development
- Content for Sales - Intelligence on market and competition, papers, slides, HTML demos, videos
- Partner Marketing - Develop key partnerships with third parties like industry bodies, technology partners, knowledge partners for running joint marketing campaigns. Owing partner marketing content - including blog posts, partner pitches, partner seller email templates, partner win wires and case studies, ads/ad copy, partner newsletters, co-branded partner collaterals/brochures/decks, and reports/guides/point of view documents
- Account Based Marketing - Design and develop collaterals for Account Based Marketing campaigns ensuring a personalized approach for strategic accounts across key verticals
- Pre-sales Support - Content, RFx responses, and collateral
- Product & feature positioning Identify key differentiators, develop messaging, and translate technical details into benefits and value propositions for customers
- Stakeholder Management - with your stakeholder management skills, you constantly seek strong alignment with regional sales leadership, as well as with your peers, to ensure you re set up for success.
- Innovate, manage, and track hierarchical system of strategic, operational, and tactical metrics for marketing function using data to manage resource allocation, outcomes and success
