Job Role: Manual QA Engineer

Years of Experience required: 2-4 years.

Work Location: Gurugram

Job Profile:

Must Have:

• Gathering QA requirements and scope and giving estimations / timelines
• Creating effort estimation and timelines
• Creating test scenarios and test cases from the user stories and use cases and wireframes bug logging on Jira
• Performing Regression testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, UAT, build Acceptance testing, Compatibility Testing
• Sending the test reports to the Manager
• API Testing using Postman, writing request Json to verify the response
• Should have work experience in Agile methodology
• Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries, basic Unix commands
• Strong problem-solving skills, Analytical thinking approach
• Debugging, checking application logs and web server logs
• Should have good communication skills
• Well-acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Concepts of testing
• Should be a team player and able to work independently both
• Should have knowledge of build deployments
• Should have good knowledge of JSON and XML
• Willingness to learn and work on automation

Good to have:

• Creating automation scripts using Java, Javascript
• Mongo DB, Shell scripting
• Knowledge of automation framework
• Knowledge of Performance testing and relevant tools like Jmeter etc.
• Knowledge of Security testing and relevant tools like ZAP, Burp Suite etc.
• Experience on AWS and Azure
• Working knowledge on CI tools
• Experience of mobile testing

BE / B. Tech / MCA / M.Sc(IT) / BCA / B.Sc(IT)
