Bachelor s degree or equivalent

3+ years hands on coding/developing HTML, CSS andresponsive/adaptive/fluiddesignsStrong background in developing media queries and mobile-specific codingExperience coding for Outlook desktop and mobile environmentsFamiliarity with the requirements of coding for dark-mode environmentsAccessibility coding for email.Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD or SketchExperience using testing tools such as Litmus, 250ok, or EverestAbility to write complex functionality in a scripting language such as JavaScript, AmpScript, Smarty.2 years or more experience with enterprise email technology systems such as: Adobe Campaign Classic \ Standard, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cordial, Acoustic, Message Gears, or Responsys.Knowledge of AMP for emailExperience with email platform limitations and how to implement workaroundsKnowledge of CAN-SPAM and email complianceVery high attention to detailStrong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skillsAbility and willingness to learn and work within a constantly changing environment with shifting prioritiesCollaboration with team members in the creation of project estimatesProven ability to meet deadlines with effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency
