Requirements Responsibilities : Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code Implement performance and quality modules Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation Design code with special attention to performance, correctness, and enterprise-level scale Take complete ownership of features including design, implementation, test plan reviews and automation test plans Requirements : Must have: Min 3 years of C++ developing experience, Min 5+ years of experience overall experience Bachelor of engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline Experience of leading development projects and the mentoring of junior developers Strong troubleshooting skills, good coding and source management practices Preferred Skills: Prior experience of Qt framework Good understanding of test frameworks. Direct experience with SCRUM and Agile methods. Soft Skills: Self-motivated to research new skills and technologies Commitment to the broader range of product development goals Desire to develop talent and mentor junior engineers. Experience working in a cross functional organization with distributed teams. Strong communication (written and oral) and teamwork ethic within a diverse team environment.
