Role: The Technical Lead will have a clear understanding of building scalable web applications using .Net. The role involves understanding business requirements and designing as appropriate solution that is secure , scalable, high performing and testable. It is hand on role involving building software and taking ownership of delivery by working closely with junior members. Responsibilities: Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership. 7+ years of experience in Software Development using .Net. Expert in C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework and SQL Server. Good knowledge of front-end development and experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery. Experience in software design and application architectures. Strong knowledge of programming patterns and principles, eg. Repository Pattern, Dependency Resolution, Unit of work and design patterns. Good at source code management, continues integration and continues deployment. Good at technical documentation, conducting technical discussion, code review, estimation and planning. Strong knowledge of cloud computing eg. Azure or AWS. Good knowledge of security and performance optimization Functional Competencies Must have good problem solving skills Must have excellent design, coding and refactoring skills Must have good communication and presentation skills Must be aware of latest IT, tech trends and best practices Must be passionate about technologies, products and domains Must be able to communicate complex technical ideas in a straightforward way Should be a lateral thinker; who provides simple innovative solutions to complex problems Should be able to participate in multiple projects simultaneously Must have experience in large and complex database design and maintenance Must have experience in large scale web applications Familiarity with SaaS product constructs and cloud technology concepts Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices (CI/CD) Must be a quick learner and open to learn new technologies
