Role: We are looking for a HubSpot Guru to join Simplify Healthcare s marketing team in an exciting role which will see you working collaboratively across all our lines of businesses. You ll work collaboratively with marketing strategists, sales directors, account directors, and client success team to ensure effective HubSpot implementation. As a CRM Strategist you will also play a leadership role in developing innovative and data-driven strategies and tactics to improve customer and business outcomes. Responsibilities: Serve as primary owner of HubSpot Marketing CRM administering user setup and design/configuration, customizing objects, profiles and roles, workflows, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts and validation rules, etc. Recommend and implement best-practice HubSpot CRM processes, architectures, and integrations that optimize adoption, usability, and workflows. Monitor systems and respond swiftly to problems or other usability issues. Be the first point of contact for internal users, providing technical guidance and support. Provide expert guidance and support on execution of CRM strategy. Audit and improve the current CRM processes. Building trusted relationships with leadership and colleagues, viewed as a strategic advisor to help them understand HubSpot. Building customized reports and dashboards as per the business requirements. Functional & Technical Competencies: Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field. Master s preferred. 5+ years of experience in HubSpot. Experience in other CRMs is a plus. Experience in email marketing tools like Mailchimp. Experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Maintain database integrity with high accuracy. Building automated dashboards, workflows and creating custom properties while trying to automate the process. Work experience in a technology company or a digital agency. Tech-savvy with strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to be a team player and work with others toward common goals. Impeccable time management, organizational skills, attention to detail. Quick learner and self-starter who delivers work that s excellent and efficient. Sense of ownership and accountability to the goals, and the team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or the Google Drive Suite, especially Excel/Sheets. Comfortable learning new software as needed. Actively contribute to Simplify Healthcare s culture.
