Tech Lead (ms Sql) Job in Simplify Healthcare

Role: As a member of given LOB, you will work with technical team throughout the SDLC lifecycle involved in design, development, integration, and unit testing database integrations solutions for our suite of products. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to build foundational blocks of solutions, mentor the team for end-to-end implementation, keep track of deliverables. Acquire functional knowledge of our products and US healthcare. Responsibilities: Build SQL team for data integration related projects. Communicate with internal owners/external stake holders. Gather requirements and perform analysis. Build solutions for customized database related requirements. Tracking end-to-end implementation Identify scope for automation of mundane activities. Follow Agile methodology. Develop Product knowledge. Regular code-review of team members Mentoring & creating best practices & performance optimization Required Skills: Hands on with SCRUM, Agile or Kanban process. Ability to build solutions for data processing. Expertise in SQL Server Development including T-SQL, stored procedures, troubleshooting & performance tuning. Expertise in knowledge SQL Server best practices. SSIS is a must. Experience with SQL Server 2012-2019 in a production environment. Ability to handle a team to ensure smooth deliveries. Excellent database design and architecture skills. Experience of using Azure Data Factory (ADF). Experience in SQL source control & versioning. Very articulate with both strong oral and written communication skills Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational navigation skills. Experience in working with versioning toolsets like Azure Git, SVN. Qualification Diploma, B.E. / B.Tech / B.C.S. / M.E. /M.Tech / M.C.A /M.C.
