Solution Architect (microsoft Platform) Job in Simplify Healthcare

Role: Looking for excellent technical abilities, leadership, decision making, strong communication skills, and adaptability to new technology. Should have well versed experience throughout all layers-DB to connected/disconnected client applications, cloud & third-party integrations Responsibilities: Be the primary spokesperson for the Practice, liaison with the internal & external stakeholders, and drive the RFP / Bids in the application development space As Solution Architect, you will lead all the architectural activities part of the solutions development lifecycle. Need to be able to translate complex business requirements into a robust and integrated technology solution. You will be working in a fast-paced environment solving unique and challenging software problems and developing innovative solutions Understand varied business problems and implement solutions that are secure, scalable, robust, and easily maintainable. Collaborate with wider architecture teams across locations Deliver sustainable solution/technical architecture to solve business problems in line with organisational vision and product & technology roadmap Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including roadmaps and project portfolios for systems architecture. Collaborate with stakeholders and manage small delivery teams to derive value outcomes Support product owner / project manager in evaluating viability of product concepts from technology / delivery / cost perspective Engage with prospects that are interested in products and explain the value proposition of the products to them. Perform demonstrations for new prospects and customers Help complete Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from customers. Product Management: Provide feedback to remote development team for new features to be developed, based on information gleaned from existing customers and prospects in the U.S. Employer paid travel to client sites throughout the U.S. required Lead the proposal presentations, estimations, project plan, solution approaches, and response document(s). Expertise in applying estimation techniques like Use-Case Points, Function Point, Story Points. Required Skills: Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) Excellent English written and speaking skills Expert in Microsoft Word Skills: Word, PPT, Excel (Microsoft Azure DevOps preferred) Ability to Lead Cross Functional Teams of Executives Minimum 4-8 years experience in healthcare industry RFP/RFI Project Management Experience High Business Acumen Experience and comfort in developing business solutions/cost value calculations Presentation Skills Good understanding of B2B and B2C healthcare systems will be advantageous Tactical and Strategic Decision-Making Skills Knowledge and understanding of mission challenges and issues confronting customers Research Capabilities and ability to tie research to solution strategies Design Thinking Experience Experience working with Microsoft Technologies including .Net/.Net Core, C# Experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud
