Job Summary
Qualification : Graduation in any discipline with consistent scores throughout the academics. (Should have cleared with first-class and above)MBA will be given preference.
- Screening and sourcing resumes of candiadtes based on the job description available.
- Shortlisting resumes based on several search factors such as skills, location, experience, salary etc.
- Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening.
- Scheduling interviews with the hiring manager.
- Once the candidate is shortlisted, get involved in the salary negotiation and follow up with till onboarding.
- Updating reports on a daily basis.
