Job Summary This role requires solid experience in a technology development environment in the web based ASP applications that are built on .NET 2.0 framework with web services, XML and other open standards.Contribute in the long-term evolution of the technology architecture for products. Analyzing business requirements to define data models Design and build complex business models and systems Construct and configure development, test and production database environments to support development teams. Data modeling, logical and physical database design and related database design activities using formal design methodologies and tools SQL programming, development of stored procedures, triggers, indexes, etc Export/import, batch data load, database applications performance/load test, and performance tuning Coordinating all database aspects of the entire project lifecycle, including development of scope, business requirements, functional and technical specifications, development, testing and implementation. Perform development tasks where DBA will be performing database change management, query optimization and performance tuning. Participate in technical design sessions as part of the overall SDLC in the design, development and support of the product. Minimum Requirements

SKILLS:Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal, with client in order to resolve technical issues. Ability to work effectively and contribute positively in a team-oriented development environment. Experience with the following technologies and platforms:o SQL Servero Microsoft Visual Studio .NETo Microsoft IIS Experience: 8-10 year exp and 3-5 year relevant exp as a DBA
