Role Overview

• The API product is one of the newest in Signeasy s product suite. After a successful public launch in Q1 2019 and with over 50 partner integrations in production, we are looking to grow our API business line.
• We are looking for someone who isTechnically savvy and experienced with the cloud, APIs, communications, enterprise software, devices, and mobility.
• You will partner with various teams across the company, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to maximize the API product s potential.
• You will talk to users, understand the customer s challenges and are able to articulate a vision to solve challenges to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Work with the API Product team on the API product roadmap, priorities and delivery of features.
• Define the problem statement (by talking to customers and prospects), and champion the what and the why with the engineering team.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to deliver a solution (the how) that developers love.
• Build developer centric API product s documentation & resources.
• Work with the core product and marketing teams to align with and coordinate for feature launches.
• Work with the support & success team in helping customers adopt and derive the maximum value from SignEasy APIs.

Requirements

• Someone with 2+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced company. If you have a strong work ethic and know how to knock down barriers to get to your objective this might be the opportunity for you.
• Previous experience with B2B SaaS or API platforms is preferred. Exposure to Authorization, API Gateways, data sovereignty and residency, data classification, and consent management is a bonus.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with proven capabilities of interpreting data and qualitative research and distilling into actionable takeaways and insights.
• Experience in working with 3rd party developers, marketplaces and onboarding partners to integrate with your product.
• Excellent written & verbal communication, both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.
• Ability to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of working through ambiguity.
