Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Researching and writing blog posts, articles, case studies, white papers, solution briefs, web copy, landing pages, email copy, and social media posts.
- Executing in accordance with content marketing strategy.
- Analyzing content performance and optimizing content for better engagement.
- Maintaining content inventory.
- Ensuring SEO best practices in content creation.
- Working with designers for graphics production and long-form content production.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years experience B2B content writing and communications or technology journalist.
- Bachelor s or Master s in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline.
- Familiarity with buyer personas and customer journeys.
- Demonstrated understanding of content structure, flow, and SEO.
- An eye for details, curiosity, passion for research.
- Enthusiasm for interviewing customers to develop case studies and use cases.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
