Job Summary

Experience - 6 - 9 years

Responsibilities :

  • Developing and ensuring execution of project plans, goals, and budgets
  • Identifying resources needs, and developing and maintaining short-term and forecasted work schedules for all project resources
  • Working alongside the Account Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure the successful execution of projects
  • Proactively monitoring projects for significant plan and risk deviations and develop contingency/escalation plans
  • Communicating and collaborating with both technical and non-technical professionals
  • Facilitating and using appropriate project management processes, tools and techniques
  • project documentation on accomplishments, deliverables, and milestones.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 - 9+ years of proven experience leading and managing multiple parallel projects of various sizes, preferably in an IT setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and processes, from conception to delivery
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office applications, along with ability to quickly learn new applications
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp, JIRA) an asset
