Mandatory 12+ yrs experience overall 5+ yrs experience in delivering Development projects Should have a expertise leading tech teams by establishing Best practices to improve Performance and Quality Should have collaborated with the Solution teams deeply in Presales/Delivery stages for proposal building and estimations Demonstrate deep understanding of the client s needs, strategy and goals Well versed with all phases of SDLC cycles Should be good with Delivery metrics and Data oriented execution Should be Strong Agile practitioner Excellent communication skills and should have directly collaborated with clients on daily/weekly basis Experience in leveraging AWS Services and platforms Preferred 1. Experience delivering data centric projects on Fintech/Lending domain 2. High level exposure to data concepts including DataWarehousing, BI, cloud data platforms 3. Experience building high-performance teams from zero to 20+ members 4. Exposure towards Account Management will be a plus 5. Anyone who has travelled to US for client visits will be a big plus
