Role: Role will be of Sales Development Representative

Location: Bangalore

Reporting To: Sales Development Lead (SDL)

Core Responsibilities :

  • Be able to create a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the organization, conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map prospects, identify decision makers and effectively reach-out to them.
  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting / evaluating contactee s position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Learn how Sigma Infosolutions works from the ground up and build the foundation for your career with us;
  • Be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for developing prospects
  • Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
  • Set appointments for Sigma Infosolutions sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Research your target companies and prepare executive summaries to turn your Sales Executive into a guru ahead of their calls;
  • Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
  • Good understanding of tools and processes for market research and lead generation through Email Campaigns, LinkedIn, Cold calling etc.
  • Follows up and maintains relationships with new leads and existing potentials by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Collate, Manage and generate report day-to-day data related to prospects, opportunities, proposals, etc. using formats and tools prescribed by the team.
  • Market Company s posts on Social Media Platforms & Competition research about the services being offered by the company
  • Experience in IT services sales for the International Market with preference to USA
  • He/She should be highly self-motivated, target driven and able to work independently

Requirements / Skills / Need to have:

  • 2+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in IT solutions / services (Candidates with experience in either ecommerce / fintech solutions will be preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting through Sales Navigator - LinkedIn, Personalised emails, Emailer Campaigns
  • Highly organized with good time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and Great active-listening skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism
  • Experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Great number sense and mathematical ability
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within the sales vertical of the organization
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM applications like ZOHO, Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
  • Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead
  • Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win
  • Experience in planning, call control, opportunity qualification, account development
  • Excellent telephone presence with demonstrated skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment

Qualification :
2+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in IT solutions / services (Candidates with experience in either ecommerce / fintech solutions will be preferred)
Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
