Job Summary
  • Any graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant experience or
  • MBA in Marketing
  • Knowledge of MS Office is a must
  • Fluent in English
  • Tech savvy
  • Assembling a Project Team with the appropriate range of skills and experience andmaking sure that all members perform their tasks adequately.
  • Working with the Project Team to produce a work plan with appropriate time lines andbudget; matches resource against priorities, using maximum flexibility to achieve theproject goals.
  • Organizing and chairing monthly Project Team meetings, arranging for the distribution ofminutes/action items, and ensuring action items are carried out.
  • Presents the project at the annual review and highlights progress against outputprojections, key issues and deviations from agreed objectives. So the Project Leader isexpected to have a high level understanding of everything that is going on in the project.
  • Analyse sales funnels and customer intent
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social mediaengagement
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new clientacquisition
  • Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, prices andmethods of distribution and marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition
  • Collect and analyse data regarding customer preferences, buying habits and needs tobetter identify market potential and factors influencing product demand
  • Self-driven and result oriented
  • Strong team player and having business acumen
  • Can become a decision maker

Qualification :
Any graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant experience or MBA in Marketing
