Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation


Lead generation are for :

Cylinder Franchisee

ALDS Franchisee

End Ho-Re-Ca Customers ( secondary)

Domestic Customers ( secondary)
  • Ideas and inputs on lead generation to be given to the digital Team who would be executing it . You will be the process owner for lead generation supported by the digital team.
  • Acquiring Database which would help in customised campaigns for lead generations. This should be through internet research plus working collaboratively with various Associations ( hotel associations, restaurant associations, bakery associations etc. ) , Apex bodies, paid databases etc.
  • Use of Subscription platforms for gathering more data ( suspects ) ( Google extractor & similar tools )
  • Digital Advertisement & participation in digital promotional platforms ( i.e. exhibitions , promo ads , sponsored ads etc ) for lead generation
  • Become a Franchisee Webinars ( how to improve it ) - facilitating and attracting more participants
  • Inputs & coordination with the digital team for the content / theme / campaigns
Coordination with Sales for getting the Feedback on the leads & other business issues
/progress / projects.


2. Sales Support


  • Preparing various Selling Tool (Concept to delivery ) ( PPT , Leaflets ,Brochure ) ( inputs to be given to the content writer & designer for the leaflets & brochures so that they do it but ownership lies with this role)


3. Branding


  • Branding Support ( All physical branding elements - Franchisee Branding , DSP Uniform, Truck branding ; the designer does the design but inputs and collaboration / lead is to be taken up by this role )
  • Brand Audit
  • All branding is as per the global specifications and adherence

4. Promotional


  • Gifts ,Calendars , Planners which are an annual activity
  • FARP Awards ( annual activity )
  • Schemes ( Sales related and specific more to the Auto LPG segment )

5.Retention / Engagement


  • Engagement communication with on periodic basis ( inputs to Digital team & ensuring it's implementation ) including Safety for all the segment - Franchisee + Domestic Customer + HoReCa ( end user for Commercial segment)

6. Analytics , Measurement and Reports


  • Net Promoter Score (Customers, Franchisee) done once a year with the help of global team. It broadly comprises of the following:
Rolling out, score, gap areas & actionable points on the gap areas, implementation of the
same & coordinating with all the stakeholders


  • Measuring all impacts for various lead activates / initiatives ( how to make it simple , effective & on auto mode)
  • Monthly Report on activities & impact ( clear KPIs with actual numbers) ( Campaign performance +Webinar +Other initiatives )
  • Highlight / Lowlight
  • Analytics: STF , VAR , Sales Force Efficiency , Customer Data , Performance of Franchisee + Sub-Franchisee
  • Feedback from Webinar participants for learning ( 80:20 ; 80% from the interested lead & 20% from the drop outs )
