Job Summary

Job description

Principal Accountabilities/ Job Responsibilities:

  • Orders follow up from customers including payments and co-ordination for dispatches with Plants, Finance and Sales.
  • Way Bill-Follow ups.
  • Calculation of Commission, raising of Debit and Credit note.
  • Entry in SAP relating to orders, delivering, shipment and invoices.
  • Attending customer complaints and entry in SAP & give necessary solutions.
  • Pricing, Generation of Rental Invoices, Credit Control
  • Calculation of cylinder turnover ratio and related analysis.
  • Calculation of Residual Gas, Account reconciliation
  • Cylinder issue and recovery (17kgs+33 Kgs cylinders)
  • Issue of delivery instruction to Plant for bulk
  • Attending customers calls, Order Processing, Payment follow up, Forms follow up
  • Bank Guarantee renewal follow up
  • Processing of New Agreements & custodian of docs.
  • SAP updation
  • Customer Complaint Management
  • Co-ordination with other department

Qualification :
B.Com in Any Specialization
Experience Required :
