Territory Manager-agency Job in Shriram Life Insurance

Roles and Responsibilities

1. On-board Retailers as Team Leaders

2. Develop variable agency model under Retailers by recruiting agents under them

3. Maintain consistent activation of agents month on month

4. Ensure the Retailers and agents earn regular monthly payouts

5. The role will have a direct reportee in the form of Activation officer to help them in agent activations

6. Follow the input activity trackers mandated by the Organization on a daily basis

7. Recruitment of Retailers and agents will happen digitally through a mobile app

8. Soliciting policies will also happen through the mobile app without any paper work

9. The role is expected to achieve the revenue targets month on month by following the prescribed activity management tools

10. The TM will be responsible to develop the market in the predefined territory only.

Others:

• TMs will be eligible for lucrative monthly/quarterly incentives over and above the fixed compensation
• TMs will be reporting to Cluster Manager Bangalore
• The Channel is based on a virtual, E office model, therefore there will not be any physical Branches
• Meetings/trainings can be conducted at affordable training centres/ hotels and the expenses will be reimbursed
