Description
- Exposure to global practices/processes in ITES / IT domain
- Create and develop service offerings in the identified areas
- Growing the business with revenue quarter by quarter, aiming profitability/ revenue growth.
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
- Coordinate with internal team and client for successful implementation of all projects.
- Ensure profitable business operation
- Responding to RFP's, Cost Negotiation, Closures
- Build proactive proposals respond to services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates must possess at least 7 years of experience in the related field preferably who is familiar with IT / ITES industry. Out of this, minimum 5 years must be in business development with demonstrable track record
- Self-motivated able to work independently and a good team player with strong sense of responsibilities
- Resourceful, Self-Starter, team player, multi-tasking, detailed-oriented person who possess excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, leadership skill.
- Sociable, networking, flexible, good team building and leadership skills.
- Strong Presentation skills.
