Job Summary

Responsible for all reporting generated
To ensure site/field visits are effectively converted to sales
They must handle all channel partners at local level and ensure continual motivation by organizing training, hi-tea parties with help of marketing head
The responsibility of collections till agreement level, sign up of agreements also a part of their role
Ensure no customer queries are pending behind lead time and ensure to clear the same in coordination with CRM team or escalate the same whenever necessary
Ensure motivation and continuity of frontline sales personals
To ensure implementation all related marketing activities at project and local level
Generate enough BTL activities to engage frontline sales team in coordination with marketing team
Qualification: Minimum 2-5 Years in real estate sector
Education: Any Graduate
