Job Description - Sales Support and Marketing Specialist

Required Qualification and Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required to effectively present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, senior management and user community as well as highly proficient technical peers and with personnel from all departments
• Ability to support sales function to meet the financial sales targets and manage pipeline reporting
• Excellent English reading skills required for understanding technical documents
• He/she must have the interpersonal skills needed to influence and work cooperatively, collaboratively and expeditiously with staff, volunteers, and leaders in academia, government and industry
• Experience of working with and manage distributors in education domain. The incumbent must be a technologically savvy knowledge worker who seeks out technology solutions to business challenges
• Responsibility for managing both external and internal teams would be very desirable
• Responsibility of working with distributors for promoting educational products throughout India
• Hands-on experience in analysis, design and development in marketing collaterals and campaign is desirable
• The candidate must be a technology-savvy worker to be able to communicate and interact with technology leaders and volunteers working in the areas of eLearning. The candidate should have aptitude in running support functions for global company that requires flexible working hours
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor effectively are required
• The candidate should have necessary technical skills to support and monitor activities with strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills to resolve user issues in a timely manner
• The candidate must have excellent communication, writing and presentation skills to deliver a clear message to large or small groups
