Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality of repair as per agreed turnaround time (TAT) of all Hearing Aids received for

service.

  • Coaching & guiding the team members on repairs to ensure low re-repair rates
  • Implement best practices from the same or relevant industry & deliver better results in the

organization

  • Update self & systems on latest software upgrades released from Global HQ.
  • Timely calibration of all DSA systems installed at site. (Daily/Weekly/Monthly & Yearly)
  • Appropriately handle exception requests from customers for reduction on repair charges
  • Develop and implement ideas to lower cost of repairs
  • Ensure equitable work allocation between team
  • Ensure effective coordination with other departments to ensure prompt customer service

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification B.E. (Electronics)

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in leading teams of 5 or more service technicians.

Prefer experience in service/repair industries like Hearing Aid, Mobile or Consumer

electronics, etc. will have to actively interact with clients and internal team

Experience in building up and improving service management system and process

Excellent technical knowledge of electronics.

Thinking ability to resolve critical issues.

High energy, process, result-oriented and self-motivated

Able to effectively engage with other departments
