Scm Manager Job in Sharda Motor Industries Limited

Do the planning/scheduling/ordering of raw material & BOP parts as per customer plan & inline with available stock in stores.

Ensure material availability in stores as per inventory level.

Ensure purchase of raw materials at the most optimal cost for production.

Ensure safe & secure storage environment for raw materials & scheduling of the Same

Optimize inventory costs & ensure delivery of raw materials within specified time limits to the plants

Ensure defect free supplies of raw materials & minimize risks related to supply side shortages.

Ensure no material shortage on production line.

Ensure manufacturing capacity & raw material availability at supplier end.

Ensure receipt of material with intended packaging & without short receipt.

Ensure on time payment to vendors.

Ensure on time rate amendments to supplier.

Support development department for the development of new parts.

Support QA department to resolve NC in incoming parts.

Ensure correct material reconciliation at job work vendors.

In case of long lead items & slow moving items, do the special planning.

Ensure the implementation of new parts/ECN with zero obsolete cost.
