Job Description:
• Regularly check system logs, CPU usage, memory usage, and network performance to ensure optimal functioning.
• Ensuring network security by implementing security protocols, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Monitoring network performance, including bandwidth utilization, network latency, and packet loss, and taking corrective action as necessary to ensure optimal network performance.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues and taking corrective action to resolve problems.
• Maintaining the network by upgrading firmware, patching software, and replacing faulty hardware.
• Keeping accurate records of the network configuration, hardware, and software, and ensuring that network documentation is up to date.
• Providing technical support to users and assisting with issues.
• Planning for future network growth and expansion, including assessing the need for additional hardware and software, and developing a roadmap for future network development.
