- Ensure quality indicators are being captured and analysed on a daily basis and to suggest actions for improvement for the same.
- Prepare root cause analysis report in case of any adverse events.
- To ensure compliance with national and international standards of quality.
- Conduct Gap analysis & identify areas of processes requiring further improvement.
