Job Summary

Skills required

  • 4+ years ofrelevant industry experience in a similar role
  • 4+ Years working experience on ERP (like SAP/Infor M3/Oracle ERP) on Sales & Marketing and Order Management
  • Understanding of the garment industry or marketing business function in manufacturing setup shall be preferred but not a must.
  • Good knowledge of project management.
  • Good analytical skills and problem solving/investigation approach
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Multi-tasking ability to work across projects and clients
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraint

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analysis of business requirements and identify gaps in current and to-be solution
  • Requirement gathering, training, and discussion with the team(s) and preparing BRD/ CRNs, wireframe & design, and write-ups.
  • Design and implementation of full solutions (Including testing and UAT Support and User training)
  • Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues
  • Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required
  • Communicate & interact with end-users / within & outside the IT team to understand issues & provide timed solutions.
  • Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure
  • Contribute input and coordination to training documentation for his /her work
  • Ensure proper documentation & coordination related to projects and coordination within teams.

Any Graduate
Experience Required :

4 to 6 Years
