Mechanical Design Engineer with 8+ Years Experience
Candidate should be expert in Auto CAD/AutoDesk 3D Modeling with Solid Works or Inventor Mechanical Design with CAD 3D and a strong industrial background and will likely have a minimum of 8 years experience in actual industry, the majority of which should have been spent working within a company or division that specialises in custom machinery, bespoke automation, or robotics.
The machinery and automation equipment that we build is diverse in nature and often involves the use of new technologies and innovative methods to overcome technical challenges. Aside from willingness to invent new mechanisms and develop new concepts, candidates should also have a good working knowledge of typical automation components such as:
Motion and Servo Systems
Pneumatics and Hydraulic Systems
Linear Guides
Motors, Gearboxes and Transmission
Bearings and Bushes
Machine Guarding and Safety Devices
Minimum 8 Years
