Product Engineering Architect /technical Lead (big Data / Ml / Enterprise Security) Job in Sequretek

Purpose

The Engineering Lead / Architect is a key role with global ownership of product development at Sequretek. . You'll have an opportunity to lead high-powered teams to create amazing Enterprise Security products. We are seeking dynamic individuals who can own products / group of products, a significant portion of our architecture, applications and technology landscape. You ll operate with autonomy and support, ensuring a mix of freedom and learning from the wealth of talent we ve been fortunate to build here.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and provide technical leadership for a high performing engineering team to drive the product development of a product or a suite of products
• Own the design and full cycle of products
• Establishing the products till referencibility, stabilise / scale products, L3 sustenance engineering
• Ownership of complex software architectures, operational metrics, and running the day to day operations of the business.
• The products are Enterprise class in deep security domain with core Engine driven by AI /ML involving Big Data Technologies and Analytics
• Involvement in the full software development life cycle with stringent needs on (i) time to market, and (ii) quality of product - functional and non-functional aspects.
• Designing and defining the interaction between the different components and teams.
• Work closely with the peers and product managers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
• Definition of, and compliance with, a world-class build/release and configuration management process

Education:
The candidate must have any of the below:
Masters / Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience:

The role is critical, and hence we are very keen to hire someone with below skills, knowledge and experience:

• 10-14 years of relevant experience in designing large scale solution architectures with AI/ML and Big data based.
• Someone who has been into Technical Product Development and got transfigured into a Product Owner.
• Has managed architects and Software engineers & played a critical role in Architecture, Design and Development
• Security background in terms of development, domain, products, implementation is highly desired
• Deep technical knowledge in software, systems and security to dive into details with engineers
• Versatility with developing products on multiple technology stacks
• Deep Knowledge of two or more of the following: Java, Python, Big Data, AI /ML
• Previous experience leading and managing teams in an agile development environment
• Experience with Agile/Scrum as software development methodology
• Experience leading globally distributed teams
• Experience operating in both start-up& enterprise application development environments. Must have excellent logical, problem solving and verbal communication skills
