Must have Infrastructure Skills Deep and thorough understanding of AWS Cloud platform and hands on experience with implementations Good Understanding of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux) and Systems Administration Expert understanding on the cloud infrastructure products (AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong understanding of DevOps tools/process/methodologies Expertise in container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes) Expertise in automating infrastructure provisioning using Cloud Formation, Terraform Experience with design, architecture and implementation of moving workloads from on-premises to AWS Knowledge in Virtualization & core Infra (Server, Network, Storage) platforms Desired Skills: Practical Experience with designing and building Solutions using AWS IaaS and PaaS components VPC, EC2, RDS, EBS, ELB, S3, EMR, CloudTrail, Cloudwatch, IAM, EKS, ECS, KMS, Audit, Security Groups etc Design the overall Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc Infrastructure as Code: Ability to setup to automatically manage & provision the technology stack for an application including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway through terraform and cloud formation Pipeline Configure Jenkins to discover, manage and run jobs for multiple source repositories and branches Design automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions with a focus on application concerns, including cloud-ready distributed application architectures, migrating workloads to containers, containerized development workflows, and integrating container platforms with automated continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines Hands on experience with Docker and container orchestration Thorough background on general infrastructure components like Networking, Server platforms, storage, application structure, Identity, Security, load balancing, etc. The ability to pick up new technologies quickly and rapidly deep-dive Knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as bash, python and/or PowerShell. A strong preference for collaborative teamwork and work/knowledge sharing. Be comfortable speaking with internal customers, and suppliers. Desired Qualifications Degree or related experience. Any AWS certification(s) including Solutions Architect, DevOps, or Developer
