Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company. You ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will also work closely with the team to support ongoing projects and initiatives while contributing to our marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about the latest projects, technologies, and services offered by Seffcon Labs.
  • Regularly update the company website with fresh case studies and success stories.
  • Participate in sales calls and track updates on CRM to monitor progress and follow-ups.
  • Prepare proposals, follow up with leads, and drive deals to closure (training will be provided).
  • Identify and research new marketing channels to reach potential clients.
  • Build a strong network of contacts and establish rapport with prospects.
  • Conduct thorough research on organizations and individuals to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Find and develop new markets while working to improve overall sales performance.
  • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and networking events to foster relationships and increase visibility.
  • Suggest blog topics and contribute to content creation for the company website and LinkedIn to promote ongoing work and success stories.
  • Prepare product/service demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Gather and showcase client testimonials to update the company website with social proof.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related business development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Proficiency in IT and an understanding of digital tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an environment with minimal supervision and handle uncertainty effectively.
  • A proactive attitude with a hunger to chase and close new business.

Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
