Lead Executive, Qms Job in Sedemac Mechatronics Pvt Ltd

Job Description:

The candidate will have to:

• Plan, conduct internal quality audit and gap closure with appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Document modification & release.
• Liaison with Certification body for audit planning, reporting & action plan submission.
• Control of External Reference Standards.
• Plan & conduct QMS related training for employees.
• Maintain integrity of QMS when changes to QMS are planned & implemented within the Organization.
• Communicate the importance of meeting Customer, Statutory and Regulatory requirements to the organization.
• Coordinate with all levels of employees within the organization for audit gaps closure, document review & changes.
• Define, review & monitor team s performance; plan action for improvement.

Desired Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 implementation & compliance.
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016.
• Knowledge of quality procedures preparation; document & record control, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control plan, Process Flow Diagram.
• Knowledge of 7QC tools, 5S, Poka-Yoke, Kaizen.
• Able to give training on ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 Awareness, 7QC tools, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-yoke, applicable Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
• Able to identify potential risks within QMS & plan for risk mitigation.

• Should be a team player & should have experience in team leading.
• Good CFT interaction skills.
• Flexible to adapt changes or new requirements.
• Should be pro-active, process oriented and enthusiastic.
• Good oral & written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience on MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentation).

Additional Information:

• BE with 10 Years of experience or
• Diploma with 12 Years of experience
