Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Consultants and PMC for specking and Tender preparations.
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company s sales goals.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to win new business and retain existing clients.
  • Manage the entire life cycle of the new sale from mapping to order closure.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Maintain relationship and generate business from verticals like Real Estate, Hospitality, Hospitals, IT, Pharma, Fit-out, Commercial, E-commerce, Data Centre and Global Accounts.
  • Develop long term sales strategies and work closely with the senior management to meet company objectives.

Required Skills

  • MBA/Engineering Degree/BE in Electrical/Electronics.
  • 12+ years of Project Sales experience in the Electronic Security Systems Industry.
  • Superior knowledge of Electronic Security Systems.
  • Strong in Vendor management, OEM relationship, Client management and good market connect.
  • Thorough knowledge of products like Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Access control, Building management system, PA, Boom Barriers/entry automation solutions, Intrusion systems and all other kind of electronic security systems including experience on integration of all electronic security systems.
  • Strong relationship with Regional MEP consultants and PMC companies.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines on Fire and Electronic Security Systems.

Qualification :
MBA/Engineering Degree/BE in Electrical/Electronics
Experience Required :

Minimum 12 Years
