Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day marketing operations
Continually evaluating processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness of our Marketing campaigns
Lead a team of content writers and digital marketers (SEO, SEM) by assigning clear campaign asset deliverables and taking accountability to drive marketing campaigns within deadlines
Work in a matrix environment with cross functional team of product marketing, field marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations

8+ years of experience in MarComm or Digital marketing, preferably in B2B industry
4+ years of experience in social media marketing - Organic and paid campaigns, web/digital content marketing, SEO, SEM, and other digital platforms
UG / PG Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
Excellent knowledge of integrated marketing communications and digital marketing strategies
Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional team
Ability to work in dynamic environments
Knowledge of office, marketing automation, technical and digital tools, such as Microsoft Office, Marketo, Google /Adobe Analytics, SEM Rush, and content management platforms (desirable)
