Owning a module and delivering it end to end.
Working in a team and at times showing leadership by taking initiatives and guiding others.

BE / B.Tech / MCA / PGDST qualification from reputed institutes is desired.
You should be fast learning on job JDBC, Apache Commons, Google APIs for Java, LDAP, Apache Logging, Struts, Spring Framework.
You should have evaluated new technologies and introduced relevant as and when required.
You must not be a technology buzzword victim.
You should have built multiple systems ground up and maintained them working.
You should have exposed to debugging client-side production setup under crisis.
You should have led a team of 4-8 members delivering mission-critical items.
