Should have good knowledge in Title search (Current Owner and Two Owner).
Should be ready to work in night shift (Company transport not provided at the moment).
Must be familiar with the Netronline site, Data trace, Data Tree, Title point, Fidler, and other applications too.
Responsibility
Good knowledge of the Title Process.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Title Processor.
Must have good knowledge of all Title applications like NETR Online, DataTrace, DataTree, TitlePoint, Fiddler, and other applications.
Should have worked in both Full Search & Current Owner Search.
Should be ready to work in flexible shifts.
Prior experience of working in an ISO/SOC 2 certified work environment will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
Examine assessment, taxes, deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, and plats/maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of the property.
Analyze the chain of title and preparation of reports outlining title-related matters.
Search real estate records online and applications.
Compile lists of mortgages, contracts, and other instruments.
