Job Summary

Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience working on Salesforce Admin and Automations
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security and object model concepts
  • Hands on experience working on Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, Assignment Rules, Sharing Rules
  • Good understanding of salesforce apex, triggers, visual force, lightning concepts.
  • Manage small & medium size organisations across a range of domains to understand their requirements and lead discovery & requirement gathering sessions
  • Work closely with current customers and prospective customers to understand their text messaging requirements on Salesforce CRM
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions aligned to business value to Customers
  • Work with Sales, Account Management and Customer Success Teams to deliver timely Client Solutions
  • Managing customer request scope, solution delivery timelines by creating project plans, and setting expectations
  • Must have a proven track record in delivering Solutions and able to translate Business requirements into an solution document
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management for Internal and External Customers

Skills/Experience Required

Must have:

  • B.E. / B.Sc. (Computer/IT)
  • 2+ years Solution development or enterprise product experience or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of enterprise CRM applications and relational databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Lead Projects as a single point of Contact with Customer
  • Team player and a strong individual contributor with excellent Project management skills
  • Ability to translate the Customer requirements to Requirement documents and Track & Communicate Project Progress to Stakeholders
  • Admin level understanding of Salesforce CRM
  • Process Automation - Workflow, Flows, Process Builders

Good to have:

  • Ability to create test cases basis requirements/use cases & test SFDC implemented solutions
  • Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components
