Job Summary

Salesforce Admin - Must have Skills

  • Expertise in Reports and Dashboards, Data Management, User Management and Security Controls in SFDC
  • Comfortable with building and maintaining automations, Process builders, and Workflows
  • Experienced in building advanced formulas, validation rules
  • Ability to resolve critical issues involving debug logs, and reaching out to SFDC support for resolution
  • Document all configuration and customization done of production org
  • Lightning console setup with Omnichannel.
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools like Data Loader
  • Strong understanding of relational databases
  • Maintain Demo Orgs for Sales team

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Create/Manage Salesforce Objects and streamline the Sales & Sales Operational processes in the SFDC
  • Ensure Data Validation within SFDC via Automations, Validation rules, Formulas
  • Re-engineering Business Processes to reflect efficiency in the Sales Cycle
  • Ensuring data migration and validation across different systems & processes
  • User and Data Management in SFDC

Required Experience

  • 2-4 years as Salesforce Admin
  • Required certification - Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Superbadges
    • Process Automation Specialist
    • Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist

Good to have Skills:

  • Comfortable with building Flows
  • Salesforce Advanced Admin certification
