Job Summary

What you must know? The Technical Product Marketing Manager is the technical lead for the Business Messaging Product Marketing team, responsible for technical writing, demo development, user-focused campaigns, presentations, and more across the SMS-Magic portfolio. Sales engineers and technologists who want to develop their marketing expertise and contribute to defining how our products are positioned and marketed would fit in well with this position. In order to position SMS-Magic for market expansion, you will first work to understand the target audience and their problems. Then, you will link SMS-Magic's value proposition and competitive advantages. Responsibilities: Promote SMS-Magic products and services to technical users by thoroughly understanding their requirements and use cases. Produce and present product demonstrations that highlight SMS-capabilities, Magic's differentiators, and advantages for users. Produce marketing materials for technical products, such as white papers, presentations, web content, and more. Participate in webinars and other public forums to promote SMS-Magic product features and customer value. To assist customer facing teams in understanding SMS-Magic technology and how to sell it to prospects and customers, conduct sales enablement sessions. Contribute to marketing strategy and messaging, and help maintain technical accuracy of marketing messages Work with customers and partners to understand their needs and illustrate product capabilities and value Build and maintain a strong collaborative partnership with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and other functions across the business Requirements: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in technical product marketing, technical product management, sales engineering, or similar roles Hands on experience working with business messaging products (a plus) or cpaas messaging solutions. Experience in enterprise software markets, ideally those serving CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Services teams. Your written and oral communications skills are superb, and you can explain complex concepts clearly for a variety of audiences You are able to successfully build relationships and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams You have the ability to blend strategic thinking with creative execution You possess excellent organizational skills and strong follow-through You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high Your inherent drive and self-starter attitude motivates you to achieve dramatic success
