Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with Development and Product Management in a multicultural environment to convert identified product requirements into product features Plan release cycles/breakdown release cycles into deliverable chunks Build wireframes to guide frontend development Build flow/activity diagrams to illustrate multi-service process flow intent Ensure well-groomed issues are ready for development to work on for planned release cycle sprints Maintain prioritized backlog with input from Customers, Partners, Sales, and Support Ideal Educational Qualifications Bachelor/Master degree in Computer/IT or related technical field with effective writing experience and/or, related experience in Lab Informatics domain with hands-on technical writing experience Experience Knowledge of modern cloud technology (i.e. AWS services, Kubernetes, document databases such as MongoDB, multi-service architectures that employ messaging systems (i.e. Kafka, RabbitMQ) for internal communication, frontend development UX development tools like Figma) Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Successful track record of collaboration with key stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, but also able to get into the details on requirements. Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience Desired Skills Knowledge/experience in a laboratory environment (i.e. working in, providing IT support for, developing products for laboratories
