Role Description: The position is for a DotNet (C#) development engineer in the product development for Scitara working with the global engineering team. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor/Master of Engineering or equivalent in Computer Engineering, IT or related field Key Responsibilities: Design and implementation in line with the overall product architecture Development of components in DotNet interacting with COM objects, REST APIs Development of test harnesses and unit-level test code Work with peer development, automation and UX engineers and architect on the product development Assist the test engineers in identification of test scenarios and development of automation Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospectives Maintain compliance towards corporate policies on information security, confidentiality of data, and privacy of data Experience: 4-8 years of experience in development on DotNet (C#) stack Experience in development of installers Knowledge of working with cloud frameworks (AWS, Azure, GCP), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Travis) Knowledge working with unit test tools/strategies Experience with agile software development lifecycle. Experience with NodeJs development (highly desirable) Experience with Atlassian suite of tools Experience with informatics applications or GxP compliant applications Experience with scientific instrumentation and/or data o Working with laboratory informatics systems (LIMS, ELN, SDMS)
