Job Summary Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety and cybersecurity policies and procedures. Service Delivery: Perform startup, commissioning, repair, and preventive maintenance on assets and systems. Reporting & Analysis: Analyze and explain report results to customers and management. Certification: Obtain necessary certifications and accreditations as required. Team Collaboration: Participate in team initiatives and meetings to achieve departmental and company goals. Project Management: Understand scope of work, allocate time effectively, and ensure traceability. Issue Escalation: Escalate quality or technical issues detected on-site. Digital Tools: Utilize digital tools designed for SE FSR. Installed Base Tracking: Track serviceable assets. Customer Advising: Advise customers on optimization opportunities and lead generation. Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Electrical/Electronic Engineering background. Experience: Hands-on field experience with MV switchgear, transformers, LV switchgear, protection relays, metering, networking, and power monitoring software. Skills: Project management skills. Partner handling experience. Business mindset. Customer orientation and people skills. Effective communication with executive leaders and customers.
