Job Summary The Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely execution of production activities, meeting customer requirements within specified timelines. This role involves production planning, procurement, coordination, and monitoring shop floor activities to optimize production processes and minimize delays. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning and Procurement: Plan and coordinate production activities, including procurement of Bill of Materials (BOM) items required for production lines. Shop Floor Activities: Monitor, control, and plan shop floor activities to ensure efficient production flow and meet deadlines. SAP Systems: Utilize SAP systems for production-related activities, including stock updates, reconciliation of BOM items, and requirement generation for heat treatment. Inventory Management: Implement KANBAN inventory monitoring and conduct daily physical inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize shortages. Customer Focus: Prioritize meeting customer requirements, both internal and external, within the specified timeframe. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience: 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in production or manufacturing. Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP systems and production planning tools. Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and communicate with various stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during production processes. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
