Job Summary The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment. This role involves developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, managing spare parts, and optimizing energy consumption. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Planning and Execution: Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules using SAP EP1. Maintenance Activities: Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, including implementation and execution of preventive maintenance, calibration schedules, and breakdown maintenance. Energy Conservation: Implement energy conservation methods to optimize fuel, water, and energy consumption. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement cost-effective modifications to existing systems to improve processes and quality. Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual budget for the maintenance department, forecasting expenses and controlling costs within the approved budget. SAP PM Module: Execute PM orders and manage PM data in the SAP PM module. Self-Audits: Perform self-audits within the department and follow up to ensure compliance with standards and procedures. Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts inventory and prepare purchase requisitions (PRs). Qualifications: Education: Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) with 10-15 years of experience in maintenance within the manufacturing sector. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices. Proficiency in SAP PM module. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualification :
Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) with 10-15 years of experience in maintenance within the manufacturing sector.
