• Excellent knowledge and expertise in Interior Designing and a strong track record of executing prestigious projects.
  
• Capable of managing the delivery of the overall Interior project design requirements from conceptualization to design finalization and during the execution phase.
  
• Experienced in coordinating construction/design-related matters and solutions between various project stakeholders like vendors, contractors, and consultants throughout the project period.
  
• Skilled in managing, coordinating, and controlling all meetings in relation to the Interior design/shop drawings of specialist contractors' packages to ensure the overall design requirements are integrated into the project.
  
• Capable of planning and designing activities pertaining to projects and preparing the layout and manual sketches for 3D view in consultation with fellow Architects and Consultants.
  
• Experienced in gathering requirements, conducting techno-commercial evaluations, preparing cost estimates, and presenting detailed drawings.
  
• Ability to advise clients on interior design factors like space planning, layout, utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.
  
• Skilled in developing and nurturing strong business relations with clients to ensure prolonged and productive business associations.
  
• Capable of arranging the final inspection of the clients, managing closeout and final handover of the project.
  
• Experienced in evaluating interior schemes presented by other consultants and value engineering.
  
• Skilled in leading a team of designers, guiding them in the planning and execution of all activities.
  
• Capable of inducting suppliers and contractors based on track record and quote, negotiating for favorable material procurement terms.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
