Job Summary

- How will you create Impact

- Comfortably works with other team members in remote locations.

- Works closely with People Business Partners to implement programs, policies and initiatives with employees.

- Builds strong relationships with leaders and has the ability to coach and influence

- Produces regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure People business metrics are quantified and outcome-driven.

- Maintains and communicates global and local policies and procedures.

- Assists in the formulation of policies and procedures.

- Conducts research and analyses data on assigned projects. - Partners with People Operations and acts as a local advisor to employees on People questions, such as employee data, compensation and benefits issues.

- Maintains records for reporting requirements.

- Supports employee recognition programs and processes.

- Consults with front-line management to influence and facilitate the development of their organisational priorities and related change initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Manage employee off-boarding process including Workday workflow, communication with employee, exit-survey/exit interviews and separation agreements.

- Develops and supports location programs and initiatives, including supporting SAWO s Culture and Values.

- General Requirement - Recent technology or other fast-paced, high growth company experience

- A strong focus and ability to align HR solutions with business outcomes

- An ability to work in an agile way Confidence to challenge our leaders to make better decisions

- Excellent relationship building and communication skillset, with the ability to move between listening to, guiding and coaching others at all levels

- The ability to make quick, sound decisions based on knowledge and judgment
