Job Summary
Role: Sr. Software Engineer- .NET Location: Gurgaon, India No. of years of experience: 5-7 years of relevant .Net development experience as Tech Lead Role and Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible to develop public facing websites/applications for a US based client. The candidate must demonstrate considerable experience in developing websites/application on .NET. Technical skills required:
- Must have strong OOPS, OOAD, Design Pattern concepts
- Strong experience in developing software systems using MS C#, .NET 4.0 or higher
- Good knowledge of MS MVC Framework, Razor scripting, MS Entity Framework 4 or higher
- Sound knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 2/3
- Strong RDBMS concept, excellent SQL query (T-SQL) writing ability
- Expert in Java Script/JQuery, AJAX
- Good communication and client interaction skills
- Should be able to independently conduct a conversation with clients and understand their preferences
- UML, high level design, low level design
- Strong understanding of WCF and Web services, REST
- Prior experience of working with US clients
- Should have worked on public facing websites
- Knowledge of XSLT will be an added advantage
