About job role Reporting: Co-founder, Chief Growth Officer We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be in charge of managing our fast growing growth team and expanding our institutional tie ups Key responsibilities Devise overall strategy and implementation roadmap for the on-ground sales team including but not limited to partner acquisition, farming, activation, partner engagement, competition mapping and establishing market leadership Program management of the sales team to drive KPIs and stated business objectives Increase productivity of individual sales team, coach, guide and implement new age performance enhancement techniques Own end-to-end implementation of business-critical programs in terms of sourcing and planning of manpower, identification of channels, operational processes etc. Conceptualize and run reward and recognition programs for in-house team as well as partners Act as a continuous learning channel for product and operations teams by identifying partner or customer specific trends, insights and drive superior overall proposition Identify, onboard and nurture key account relationships and institutional clients Skills required MBA with 4- 6 yrs experience in business development/ program management/operations Strong research, analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
