Job Summary This position will be responsible for leading Savancy s global, multi-location projects. The project manager will be responsible for on-time, on-budget, on-specs delivery of projects, leading the project team, and delivering high-quality services and exceeding client expectations. The project manager will also be responsible for driving revenue growth from the account through repeat business.
Duties and Responsibilities
The role includes:
  • Planning project execution, scheduling, resourcing, and managing project risks, quality, communication, and budget
  • Complete ownership (setting up, execution, quality, delivery, and P&L) of projects
  • Nurturing a culture of high standards and high-quality, on-time, on-budget, and on-specs delivery
  • Determining and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) success related to quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, target revenue, and profitability
  • Setting up efficient processes
  • Partnering with clients and managing client relationships
  • Managing the project operations with global, multi-site projects
  • Leading people with example
  • Effective and high-utilization of people skills and infrastructure resources
  • Planning for efficiently and effectively managing the work
  • Delivering revenue growth through repeat business and high client satisfaction
  • Partnering with subcontractors and managing the relationships
  • Proactive reporting on status, health, and risks/concerns related to projects
  • Continuous optimization of processes

Required Qualification and Skills
  • Bachelor s or higher degree in Business or equivalent
  • Project Management experience of 7+ years
  • 10+ years of overall experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience in content or engineering industry would be an asset (not mandatory)
  • Open-minded, forward-thinking and well-organized

The candidate should be:
  • Eligible to work in Canada, if applying for Mississauga
  • Eligible to work in India, if applying for Mumbai or Bangalore
  • Open to travel (as needed)
