Teacher Job in Satyanam Accurate Academy

The Teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing lessons in their subject area, while managing a class of students. The role aims to ensure that students learn effectively, achieve academic progress, and develop holistically in a safe, supportive classroom environmen

Develop and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials aligning with the school’s curriculum and standards.

Teach the subject to students (whole class or small groups), using appropriate teaching methods that consider different learning styles and abilities.

Evaluate and grade student work — assignments, exams, projects — and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Monitor and track students’ progress, maintain records (attendance, grades, behaviour, reports).

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning; manage classroom behavior and dynamics.

Communicate and collaborate with parents/guardians and other school staff about student progress, concerns, and development.

Participate in co-curricular or extracurricular activities (e.g. projects, events, field trips) as needed.

Engage in continuous professional development: keep up to date with subject knowledge, curriculum updates, teaching methodologies; attend trainings/workshops if required.

Undertake additional duties as assigned: collaborating with colleagues, contributing to school policies, mentoring students, assisting in school administration when needed.
